Know the work before you represent it

Use an accurate, human explanation of ByteByByte and only claims that the team can stand behind.

Your job is to open the right conversation

You are not trying to explain every ByteByByte program in one message. You are finding the one reason a specific person may care enough to talk.

Before writing, read the approved fact sheet. Treat it as your source of truth, not as a list to paste into outreach.

The proof rule

A real relationship or result can create trust. It cannot prove that a prospect has a problem, wants a partnership, or will fund a program.

Use precise wording. If you are unsure a detail is current, leave it out and flag it for your manager.

Take it at your own pace.
